I started working apartment maintenance in 1978, basic plumbing, electrical, painting. I was a working board member that picked up a Maintenance Service Agreement with largest regional retail grocer for maintenance.
In 1985 I started my own DBA. As the company grew we started working
with property asset managers. Also we started writing home maintenance
contracts with a set amount of hours at a fixed rate. in the for handyman repairs in their St.Louis and Illinois stores, light electrical, plumbing, drywall repair, tile, painting and services. Not wanting to have all our eggs in one basket, I moved to Franklin County and started offering our services.
Painting, plumbing, electrical and drywall services along with maintenance agreements to Home Owners, Realtor, Asset/Property Managers, Banks, Insurance Companies and other Financial institutions. Business started booming and hasn't stopped.
Painting, interior or exterior:trim taped, outlet covers removed, drop clothes used, vaulted ceilings capacity. vacuuming with clean up...
Plumbing: Leaking pipes or faucets repaired or replaced, toilet replacement or repair, water heaters, dishwashers...
Electrical: Outlets replaced, new ceiling fans or lights installed...
Drywall repair and taping: Holes in walls repaired, bubbled tape replaced...
Hauling: Large trash outs to small clean out.
